Welcome to Rusty’s at Blue!! We strive to create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all of our guests. To ensure the comfort, safety, and satisfaction of everyone, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to the following policies during your visit.
No Dogs Allowed
While we love dogs, we are unable to allow pets in our dining area due to health and safety regulations. However, we gladly welcome service animals trained to assist individuals with disabilities in accordance with government guidelines. Due to numerous fraudulent attempts, we require 72 hours' notice for service animal accommodations.

Right to Refuse Service
Rusty’s reserves the right to refuse service to any guest at our discretion. This may include but is not limited to instances of inappropriate behavior, disruptive conduct, intoxication, or failure to comply with restaurant policies. Our goal is to maintain a safe, respectful, and pleasant environment for all guests and staff.

Reservations & Wait Times

Reservations are recommended for parties of 6 or more. We do accept walk-ins based on availability.

If you have a reservation, please arrive on time. A delay of more than 15 minutes may result in your reservation being forfeited.

Alcohol Policy

Alcohol Service: Guests must be 19 years or older to order alcoholic beverages. Valid identification may be required.

Intoxication: We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated or disruptive. We do not serve alcohol to minors or intoxicated individuals.
Food Allergies & Special Requests
Please inform your server of any food allergies, dietary restrictions, or special requests before ordering. While we take every precaution to accommodate dietary needs, cross-contamination may occur, and we cannot guarantee the complete absence of allergens in our dishes.
Behaviour & Conduct
We ask all guests to respect the comfort and well-being of others. Disruptive behavior, including loud arguing, inappropriate language, or violation of staff instructions, will not be tolerated and may result in the refusal of service or removal from the premises.

Smoking & Vaping
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the restaurant or within 30 feet of the restaurant's entrance. Designated smoking areas are provided outside, where applicable.
Lost Items
Rusty’s is not responsible for any personal items left behind. If you believe you left an item behind, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist in recovering it.

Child Safety & Supervision
Children are welcome at Rusty’s, but parents or guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times. Please ensure that children do not disturb other guests or staff.

Privacy & Photography
We respect your privacy. While you're welcome to take photos during your visit, please be considerate of other guests and staff when doing so. In some areas, we may request that guests refrain from photography to ensure the comfort of everyone.

Gratuity & Tips
For parties of 9 or more, an automatic gratuity of [18%] will be added to the bill. For smaller parties, tips are always at the discretion of the guest and appreciated for excellent service.
